R. Kelly turned 48. The R&B legend who is pushing 50 was in shock when his ATL friends threw him a surprise party at the new restaurant called TIME.  And he absolutely loved it.

Kells was given a piano birthday cake and snapped pictures like he was playing it. In attendance were Keri Hilson, T.I, Bobby Valentino, Phaeda Parks, Tameka Raymond and a few others.
