Racing Bulls Boss Praises Nikola Tsolov After Imola Test

Racing Bulls team principal, Alan Permane, heaped praise on Nikola Tsolov following the Bulgarian Lion's Formula 1 debut test at Imola yesterday.

Tsolov completed approximately 700 kilometers in the Red Bull junior team's 2025 car at the Italian circuit. The Bulgarian driver impressed the team with his flawless performance, earning accolades from Permane, a veteran with over 30 years in Formula 1, who certainly knows talent when he sees it.

“Today was a truly positive step for Nikola. He adapted quickly to the car and displayed the composure you want to see from a driver getting into a Formula 1 car for the first time. His participation is part of the team's ongoing development plan for its young drivers, providing them with the tools, mileage, and conditions to grow. We’ve seen time and again the talent this path produces, and days like today are how we continue to build,” Permane stated.
