Nigerian Football On The Verge Of A Temporary Collapse

An issue which has plagued the Nigerian football for about a week now, has been the court sacking of Aminu Maigari and his board of NFF members. This is after a court injunction by wife of former Nigeria Premier league boss, Mrs. Ebiakpor Rumson Baribote. The situation has put the state of football in Nigeria to a standstill, and could further hamper it if the July 8 deadline today by FIFA is not addressed accordingly and with the right response. Nigeria could be hit with an international ban by Fifa for government interference in the country's football administration.
