An answer was sought to this question in a poll published on this website on February 2, 2017, and the answers have now arrived.

Of participants in the poll, 31.3% believes that maturity should be looked for and established before you settle down into a relationship with anyone.

68.7% on the other hand believe that commitment is a far better trait to be desired, and that anyone who wishes to enjoy the best and happiest relationships need to look for a partner who is willing to commit to him or her.
