Readers say Borno Army Chief will fight Boko Haram better

Major General Tukur Buratai, an indigene of Borno State, was on July 13, 2015, appointed Nigeria’s new Chief of Army Staff by President Muhammadu Buhari.

Borno State is at the very heart of the Boko Haram insurgency and has suffered majority of the terrorist attacks in the country.
