For as long as I can remember, I have always “carried more weight “ than my five siblings and this earned me the name “Chumpkins” from my preteen years. (Over 40 years later, my siblings still prefer to keep this name).
I remember in the not too distant past, when I was disinterested about “weights”, my big sis will say “ I hope you are watching your weight “, to which I will reply “ why should I, when you are watching it for me? “ LOL!
Some people say the kilos just build up on them.. They claim that they do not do anything to warrant this excess. Honestly, you sometimes get the feeling that these calories are attracted to you, so much so that, they attach themselves to you simply because you stared at a plate of high calorific food.
But we all know that is technically impossible. If you add on, it is simply because you did just that: you ADDED on..
When you cross the big Four-O, you begin to understand why you have to pay so much when you check in at any airport with excess luggage..LOL! Some of us have tried all sorts of diets and even ventured into cardio workouts , however, this has left us with mountain and valley experiences that are better not talked about.
One thing a weight watcher must do is changing certain habits, DIET habits and being consistent with them.
