Buhari has a high chance of coming out victorious based on a rating by the Eurasia Group who fancy him gaining more thumbs. He is rated at a 60% average.

It is a bit of a reach considering that he is not doing so great in the aspect of voters confidence. The New York based political risk consultancy team believe he will gain a very high support. One able to darken any glimmer of hope for a confident PDP.

The party on Friday, February 8, 2019, accused the APC of frustrating its plans to hold a Presidential rally scheduled for the following day at the Old Parade Ground in Abuja.

"Opposition candidate Atiku Abubakar has regained some momentum in recent weeks, but President Muhammadu Buhari remains favored to win (a 60% probability),” the group said.

"On election day, the ruling All Progressives Congress’s (APC’s) significantly greater control of local political structures and resources—it governs 23 states compared to the opposition’s 12—will boost voter mobilization and solidify Buhari’s advantage."

Often times, Atiku is usually the one receiving an inspiring prediction suggesting that he might win the presidential poll.

The presidential candidate is aware that jobs are lacking in Nigeria and has promised to create more if he wins the contest that is a week away.
