"We've shared incredible moments and unforgettable evenings together. I've truly understood what it means to wear this club's shirt and to don the captain's armband," Henderson told British media. He joined Crystal Palace in 2023 from Manchester United.
Henderson was part of the England squad that finished third at the 2026 World Cup in the USA, Mexico, and Canada. Currently sidelined with an ankle injury, he will miss Crystal Palace's opening Europa League fixture against Lech Poznań on Thursday.
