Daily Post reports that Ademola who gave birth to the twins at the Felken Maternity Centre in the Somolu area of the state, absconded from the medical facility leaving behind the two newborn girls behind, due to the inability of her husband, Adeyemi Ademola, to pay the sun of N150, 000 they owed the hospital.

A nurse with the facility who spoke on the condition of anonymity said the babies are doing well and the hospital has been taking care of them.

She added that the management of the hospital has given the family until the end of this week to come for their children or they will be forced to hand them to the government.
