If sane people are willing and capable of living in a dirty environment, some people who are seen as mentally deranged may not find

This is true of this mad man who was seen sweeping a dirty street in Calabar, the capital of Cross River State. The street, according to Calabar Reporters, that took the photo, is the popular Edim Ekong Oqua by Etta-Agbor street.

In time past, Calabar, or fondly called the Caanan City, worn several awards as the cleanest city in Nigeria but according to residents, the same cannot be said of the city again as dirt, refuse and filth has taken over the town.
