Uniformed men in Nigeria, no matter the force or paramilitary formation they work in, have a way of believing that their uniforms

You will never guess their quest for power till you get entangled with any of them and at such times, they will show you that the have the power to whatever pleases them

This officer of the Vehicle Inspection Officer (VIO), department, was spotted using his leg to stop an erring motorist in a busy street in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory, forgetting that the vehicle's brakes could fail or the driver could decide to run over him.
