The incident occurred in Geary County located in Kansas, United States of America.

County Sheriff, Tony Wolf described the incident in an interview with Hays Post.

He said, “A Greyhound bus had made a stop in Kansas City and there was an alleged rape that occurred on the bus, however they had no idea where this rape took place.”

According to reports, the suspect was arrested by the Kansas Bureau of Investigation in Missouri and was turned over to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) until charges were filed.

He is being held in jail with a $100,000 bond available to him.
