Punch reports that Alosuposo was nabbed following a complaint from the mother of one of the victims at the Ayetoro Police Division.

Confirming the incident, the State Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), ASP Abimbola Oyeyemi, said the woman claimed to have noticed a strange behaviour from her daughter which made her interrogate the girl, only for her to confess that the suspect had defiled her.

ASP Oyeyemi added that after Alosuposo was arrested, further investigations revealed that he had defiled another minor.

“The suspect has confessed to the crime, and the two victims have been taken to the Ayetoro General Hospital for treatment.”

The PPRO added that would soon be charged to court at the end of police investigations.
