English Premier League leaders Chelsea have made a £28.8m bid for in-form Palermo striker Paul Dybala the player's agent has revealed.

The 21-year-old has been one of the revelations of the Serie A this season, scoring 13 goals with 10 assists.

The Argentine forward has openly admitted that this will be his last season in Palermo and the club president Maurizio Zamparini has already revealed that both Juventus and Arsenal are keen.

His agent, Gustavo Mascardi has now revealed that Chelsea have tabled a bid for the forward while Paris Saint-Germain are also interested.

"Paris St Germain have already come forward with an offer of about £32.4m and Chelsea had already reached £28.8m," he told Gazzetta dello Sport.

"We’re now at the stage where the price cannot be lower than €50m [£36m]. Paulo is in no hurry and will take his decision calmly."

Dybala signed for Palermo in April 2012 with club president saying "We have got Paulo Dybala – the new ".

Dybala scored his first and second goal in Serie A in the 2-0 home win over Sampdoria in November 2012.

Dybala is having his breakthrough season forming a successful striking partnership with fellow Argentine Franco Vázquez.
