Nigerian musician Patoranking teams up with Manchester United star Jesse Lingard in the UK [Video]

Nigerian reggae-dancehall singer and songwriter Patrick Nnaemeka Okorie, better known by his stage name Patoranking teamed up with English professional footballer Jesse Lingard.

The 31-year-old Patoranking in a viral video on social media is seen smiling as he records a video with Lingard in the United Kingdom.

In the video, Lingard is in his training kit while Patoranking is in a casual attire wearing shades to cover his eyes.

The link up between Patoranking and Lingard is now a common feat between Nigerian musicians and football stars.

A few months ago, another Manchester United star linked up with a Nigerian musician. Red Devils record summer signing Jadon Sancho teamed up with American-born Nigerian singer, songwriter, and record producer David Adedeji Adeleke, popularly known as Davido.

The meeting between the two stars took place in far east Dubai, United Arab Emirates as photos of the duo went viral.

Nigerian afrobeats music continues to spread around the globe spearheaded by Burna Boy, Davido and Wizkid.

Lingard is known to be one of the footballers that vibe to the afrobeats sound. There have been several instances of the Manchester United star recording himself vibing to the song by Nigerian artists in his car, leisure time or even in the dressing room.

It is unsure if the viral video that involves Patoranking and Lingard took place before Cristiano Ronaldo led Manchester United with a hat-trick to defeat Norwich at the weekend or before their 4-0 meltdown to rivals Liverpool at Anfield in midweek.
