However, securing this player will be no easy task for the black-and-whites. Real Madrid is also reportedly in the running for Quinones' signature. Interestingly, both Partizan and Real Madrid were recently linked with Lonie Walker as well.

Adding to the complexity, Quinones also has offers from the NBA, meaning his decision will be carefully weighed.

Quinones, born in New York with Salvadoran roots, plays as a shooting guard and is known for his prolific scoring. His key strengths lie in his playmaking ability and efficient offensive execution.

Should he join Partizan, he would effectively replace Dwyane Washington and Sterling Brown, who have since moved to Bayern and Zalgiris, respectively. Before his professional career, Quinones was part of the University of Memphis. He primarily played in the G League but also had stints with the Golden State Warriors, Philadelphia, and the New Orleans Pelicans.
