Once a dominant force in the 2020 NBA "bubble," he's now making his European debut. Parisian clubs typically focus on retaining their core players and haven't often brought in high-profile names, until now.
Warren brings extensive NBA experience and undoubtedly represents a significant reinforcement for the French capital's team. He was a crucial component for both the Phoenix Suns and Indiana Pacers. He also had stints with the Brooklyn Nets and Minnesota Timberwolves.
He was one of the Pacers' leaders, averaging an impressive 19.8 points per game in the 2019-20 season. However, his career has been plagued by severe injuries, with his last NBA engagement being in 2024. Afterward, he fought for a contract in the G-League. Clearly, someone in Paris believes in him, most likely President David Kahn, who spent many years in the NBA. It will be fascinating to see the former 14th overall draft pick, who is expected to cover both wing positions.
