The Englishman rendered Benoit Saint-Denis unconscious just 52 seconds into their bout. The fight served as the main preliminary duel at the UFC 329 event in Las Vegas.

Saint-Denis rushed in to attack right from the opening bell. While attempting a takedown by grabbing Pimblett's left leg, Saint-Denis's neck was caught by the Scouser, who applied a D'Arce choke. Seconds later, the referee noticed the Frenchman had lost consciousness and stopped the fight.
