The R&B star took to Instagram today, Monday, July 11, 2016 to issue a statement confirming the break-up stating the decision to end their relationship was mutual.

According to him, they continue to love and support one another and still share a common goal to remain friends while being great parents to their kids.

All this comes after Apryl took to Twitter earlier today to state that she is now single. "Single....the end," she tweeted.

The couple, who star in VH1 reality show Love & Hip-Hop Hollywood, have been dating for several years and welcomed their second child together in March this year.

This comes as a shock as the 'Post to Be' singer was full of praises for his love Apryl: "That woman is just amazing.  Our second home birth.  Just watching her....you gotta respect your queen.  I mean," he wrote.

Omarion and Apryl have two children together, Megaa born in 2014 and daughter A’mei.
