In an interview with "Sport Klub," Obradović reflected on Vujošević's impact, emphasizing the profound influence he had on his life.
"From great coaches, I learned about dedication, professionalism, and the immense discipline that still guides me today… Duško Vujošević was one of those greats! He coached me at Crvena Zvezda. During crucial moments, he shaped me both as a person and as a player." - Saša Obradović
Beyond the court, Vujošević also introduced Obradović to the world of art.

"Another significant impact he had on me at that time was introducing me to the world of art. Thanks to him, my art collection wasn't small, though his was considerably larger. Through Duško, I learned so much, especially about local Serbian painters. I even had the opportunity to meet Vojo Stanić (a painter and sculptor); Duško was his biggest collector." - Saša Obradović
Vujošević was a significant mentor to the Crvena Zvezda player, and Obradović noted the deep affection Vujošević held for him.
"When I was abroad, before making important life decisions, I would talk to Duško – whether to go here or there, how to handle players, that kind of advice. We talked constantly; he always had a fondness for me and genuinely wanted to help. I experienced all of this firsthand; I knew all the players he worked with… For instance, I remember how he dedicated himself individually to Danilović, and with the team, he had that insane dedication, coupled with an obsession for detail. With such an approach, it's impossible not to leave a mark. He created generations of Partizan players who consistently emerged and had the chance to grow into great players under his guidance. His 'drill' hardened both the character and the mindset of those players." - Saša Obradović
