We came across this building constructed by one of our Benin sisters and we are wondering if anyone can explain it to us.

Is this a meeting area for our Benin people midnight meetings?

Or is this the Ibadan people's skyscraper?

Is this something else entirely?

I am confused, please help me understand in the comment below.
