The last episode of Industry Nite at Maddox in Victoria Island was quite the event. Headlining it was Seun Kuti son of legendary pioneer and maestro of afrobeat, Fela Anikulapo Kuti. He came ready to serenade the crowd with his band Egypt 80 which he took over from his late father.

The previous week at Industry nite, Yung L and Endia of Grip Muzik ruled the stage and other rappers; Ice Prince, Reminisce, M.I were also present and performed for the ever cheering crowd of music lovers.

Seun dressed red and black patterned pants passionately played his saxophone as his dancers adorned with traditional beads thrilled the crowd with their sensual and seductive hip-sway. Performing songs off his latest album  'A long way to the beginning' he revealed social activism similar to that of his father, the late Fela.
