Ndume was suspended for six months for urging the Senate to probe allegations that a vehicle owned by Saraki was cleared with fake documents leading to its seizure by Customs officers.
The issues were referred to the Senate ethics committee which invited all parties and cleared Saraki and Melaye of wrongdoing.
