But equating education with success is what no one can actually tell.

The way Nigerians place emphasis on a degree has been taken over board, to an extent where a certificate is rated above experience and competence, especially as regards employability.

It is also known that many rich men today do not posses a degree but they have gone ahead to become successes in their different fields.

Men like Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg, who are some of the richest and most successful men today, had no use for university education, yet they employ thousands of degree holders to work for them.
