There is a growing trend in America, Canada, and the United Kingdom called "Mini Homes".
As the name implies, it offers compact accommodation.
I think this is a wonderful trend that Nigerians need to join, here is why?
They are affordable- A lot of people complain that accommodation is quite expensive. With the "Mini Homes", this particular complaint will disappear. These homes provide compact homes that are economically viable and sustainable. Due to the fact that they are affordable, they are perfect for youths, who have just graduated or working part-time jobs.
Features of mini homes include easy pull out floor bed with full mattress, no walls, a 10' kitchen, a 5' closet, 8' sofa/guest bed, dedicated office area, 4' dining table, comfortable seating for 7, a 7' projection screen and so on.
