Agu and his girl who have been seeing each other for three years have a son together.

Agu and his girlfriend welcomed a baby boy called Stefano in January.

According to reports, the 23-year-old and his girlfriend will tie the knot on Saturday, June 17 just a week after Super Eagles 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier against South Africa in Uyo.

The midfielder has been included in the Super Eagles squad ahead of the game, his first call-up to the Nigerian senior national team.

Agu is originally a Porto player but spent his 2016/2017 season on loan at Vitoria Setubal.

His successful loan campaign was rewarded with a new contract at his parent club.
