This announcement came from team principal Laurent Mekies, who confirmed that all proceeds from the sale would be donated to Red Bull's charity organization, Wings for Life.

The winning bidder will receive the race suit framed and personally signed by Verstappen.

The online auction is currently underway and concludes tomorrow. As of this morning, the highest bid stood at £37,500.

Wings for Life, a charitable organization, was established in 2004 by the late Red Bull co-founder Dietrich Mateschitz and legendary motocross rider Heinz Kinigadner. It is dedicated to funding research for spinal cord injury treatments.
