Ogar, who was forcefully retired by the FG, filed the case at the National Industrial Court of Nigeria (NICN), according to Daily Trust.
She is asking the court to nullify her sack and restore her position with requisite salaries and benefits
Ogar was retired from the DSS on Wednesday, September 2, 2015, as part of the efforts of new DSS director, Musa Daura, to reorganize the agency.
