With an army of over 20 dancers, the Togolese duo took centre stage at the 2015 MTV Africa Music Awards.

Toofan performed at the biggest music ceremony of the year over the weekend. The Togolese group entertained fans with the support of over 20 dancers at the 2015 MTV Africa Music Awards on Saturday (18 July). The duo sang and showcased the signature dance moves for their popular track ‘Gweta’.

Despite being nominated in three categories at the awards: Best Collaboration for ‘Apero’ remix with DJ Arafat, Best Song of the year for ‘Gweta’ and Best Live Act, the group failed to carry any awards home.
