2Face, Darey, Banky W, others head to Jo'burg

Nigerian acts 2face Idibia, Banky W, KCee, Darey, Sean Tizzle are on their way to Johannesburg, South Africa for the 2015 edition of MTV MAMAs.

Banky W and Darey shared pictures of themselves with Nigerian singers aboard the South Africa bound flight.

Other Nigerian acts aboard the flight were Iceberg Slim, and Shaydee.

MAMAs 2015 will take place on July 18 at the Durban International Convention Centre (ICC), KwaZulu-Natal.

The event will be hosted by American actor and comedian Anthony Anderson.

Performers at MAMAs 2015 are 2FACE, AKA, Black Motion, Bucie, Cassper Nyovest, Davido, Diamond Platnumz, Jhené Aiko, NE-YO, Toofan, Wizkid, Yemi Alade, Seyi Shay, Flavour and Young Thug.

On July 4, 2015, the Road to MAMAs concert held at Federal Palace Hotel in Lagos. It was attended by the biggest names in the Nigerian entertainment scene.
