'I am not a gospel artiste' rapper says

The Syndik8 records rapper talks about his spiritual rejuvenation, how his life has turned around since then and how this affects his music output.

When asked if his class of music can now be branded as Gospel music, he quickly laughed it off saying “Music irrespective of the bracket you put it in, the message is what makes it music, I’m not a gospel artiste, I don’t think I was called to be one, I am called to be a voice for my generation, so even If I’m talking about love, there’s gonna be something you can take from  it ” the singer added.

Speaking of his next album, the rapper said he has two albums – “The album before the album” and new one whose title he revealed to be “Evolution”. He said he planned to initially drop both albums this year but will only drop the former this year and probably release “Evolution” next year 2017 as the current year is almost gone.

He added that a commercial dance song would be out soon for his fans and that they would be able to listen and soak in the real essence and experience of his transition in the new album. He revealed the features acts that will be on “The album before the album” which he said will drop in July 2016 include acts like Mr Eazi, Shaydee, E.L  amongst others.

The “Evolution” he said is an autobiography of him where he let out a lot of things. The 'Fine lady' crooner recently released a single named  'Serve  you' which has met mixed reviews.
