Low voter turnout reported in Ekiti, Imo, Bayelsa, and Anambra states

There have been reports of low voters turnout in the ongoing general elections in Anambra, Bayelsa, Ekiti, and Imo states.

According to Pulse Nigeria correspondence in these states, voter turnout is significantly lower than what was recorded in the presidential elections 2 weeks ago.

It's important to state that part of the reasons for the low voter turnout in these states is because governorship elections aren't holding in these states because they are off season states.
The issues of low voter turnout is a recurring issues in Nigerian election which is created by voter apathy and poor governance.
Voters in these states will be heading to the poll to elect members of the House of Assembly for a four year tenure.
