A young girl was reportedly found unconscious inside a gutter in Sapele, Delta State.

An unidentified girl was found unconscious inside the gutter at Ikomi, by MacPherson road on Monday, May 29, in Sapele, Delta State.

According to the reports, the young girl was found at about 5 am and brought out of the gutter.
The girl is said to be alive but has remained unconscious since her discovery.
The incident remains unclear as no one has been able to explain how she got into the gutter.
