f a person is being driven by power to act like this what should become of him? What is the effect of lust for power on individual, communities and the nation in general? you need to find out……. The performance of making a mountain out of a molehill is very ubiquitous in the play

Anyone who desperately run after power would definitely end in destruction, wanting to go any length for power gain. Do you think power intoxication could lead you to a good destination? No!

You betrayed your helper because you had to regain your land, you listen to wrong counsels from people, you followed the wrong path in your doings. A friend who betrays a friend because a friend betrayed him has added to the number of betrayals.

I must say that moral points could be drawn which educates, entertain and explain more on traditions and human behavior. It initiates significant and enriching strength of our traditional setting. In the lap of the gods is a rare collectors’ item for all those interested in the preservation of African’s rich literary heritage
