Lagosians gather for reloaded concert

Hundreds of people have gathered to see Lauryn Hillperform live at the Eko hotel and suites tonight, Sunday, 30 August, 2015.

The former Fugees member was previously scheduled to perform on Mayday earlier this year but was unable to due to transportation logistics. Promoters of the show have confirmed that tickets bought earlier by fans are still valid and redeemable at the event.

The ‘Ms Lauryn Hill live in Lagos’ concert is expected to see performances from some of Nigeria’s finest talents including: 2face Idibia, Seyi Shay, Iyanya, Banky W, Sound Sultan, Tekno, Dil, Capital Femi.

Celebrities already spotted at the event venue include Basketmouth who is hosting the show, Jimmy Jatt, Sasha, Sound Sultan, Kayode Peters, Moet Abebe and Victoria Kimani.

Red carpet for the event began at 6PM, but the event promoters have taken to Twitter to share the main event will begin at 10PM.
