Home ownership scheme to reach more people

The Lagos Home Ownership Mortgage Scheme (HOMS) board's CEO,  Mr. Akinola Kojo Sagoe said his team has put various initiatives together to make sure the scheme reaches more beneficiaries.

According to Sagoe, “In view of the growing population in Lagos and continued demands for accommodation, all hands are on deck to ensure that we do our best.”

Reeling out their success story, Sagoe said that over 300 Lagosians have benefitted from the Lagos HOMS public draw since the board was established in March 2014.

He also added that construction work is going in various sites across the state.

Lending his voice, the Deputy General Manager Shared Services, Mr Bayowa Foresythe, said the secret of the Lagos Home Ownership Mortgage Scheme (HOMS) board’s success is hard work.
