Sunshine Stars duo face one match ban, N50, 000 fine for indecent celebration

Kunle Odunlami and Prince Agrey of Sunshine Stars of Akure have been given a one-match ban and fined the sum of N50, 000 for stripping to their pants while celebrating  a goal.

Super Eagles defender, Kunle Odunlami and Prince Agrey both stripped to their pants as they celebrated  Prince's last gasp goal against Dolphins in the match day four of the Nigeria Football Professional League.

According to a tweet from the official handle of the League Management Company, the duo will miss one match and will pay a fine of N50, 000.

"SunshineFC "strippers", Prince Aggrey and Ebenezer Odunlami face one-match ban and N50K fine for MD4 dopey show," the tweet read.

Both players will miss this big match against champions Kano Pillars on Wednesday, April 22.

Sunshine Stars are now in third on the table with seven points from four matches.

Sunshine Stars will also be missing Stephen Eze in central defence after went off injured in the first half against Dolphins.
