Reality star sued over car accident in 2014

Kim Kardashian has been sued for causing a motor accident in Beverly Hills few years ago.

Rafael Antonio Linares, with whom she had a car accident on March 11, 2014, sued the reality TV star on Tuesday, March 1

According to court papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Kardashian smashed her Mercedes G Wagon into Rafael's vehicle on Sunset Boulevard near Benedict Canyon Drive in Beverly Hills. Linares now claims in court documents that he "sustained personal injuries which caused and will continue to cause pain, discomfort, and physical disability" to him.

He also says his car was damaged.

According to TMZ, both parties never picked a ticket when the accident happened in March. Instead, they both exchanged info and hugged it out. Sources close to Kim described the damage as "minimal" and felt the guy was totally fine. Kim's G Wagon only suffered a slight paint scuff during the collision.

Linares is seeking unspecified damages. He’s also seeking money for past and future medical expenses, the cost for the repair of his car, and the money he had to shell out during the "loss of use" of his vehicle. Mostly, though, Linares says in his filing that he was “gainfully employed” before the car crash, but has since been “deprived of earnings” and will be seeking compensation for his “loss of income,” as well the cost of the litigation
