Super Eagles defender congratulates brother Lucky, on gaining promotion

Super Eagles and Chelsea defender Kenneth Omeruo has congratulated his brother, Lucky as his club PembrokeAthleta FC, gain promotion into the Malta Premier League for the first time in their history.

Athleta FC won the league with 55 points from 26 matches and have also gained promotion to Malta's top division.

Kenneth who himself his chasing promotion with Championship side, Middlesbrough- where he is currently on loan- took to Instagram to congratulate his brother Lucky.

"Congrats to my brother @omeruo1 and penbrook football club for winning the Malta League Bigger u bro... Soon the world will know your talent.. I love you too much.. #blood #family #success #football," Kenneth wrote alongside a photo of his brother wearing the winner's medla.

Lucky who also plays for Nigeria U-23, scored the fifth goal in the 5-2 thrashing of St. George in the last game of the season to ensure promotion.
