Rapper holds surprise concert on a moving truck in Los Angeles

Kendrick Lamar's major label sophomore project has sold 355, 000 copies in its first week which matches last week sales projections for the album.

TDE rapper Kendrick Lamar held a surprise concert for his fans in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The concert was staged on the back of a moving truck.

With his Twitter account, Kendrick Lamar told his fans to meet him at certain spots in the city 8950 Sunset Blvd. & 8466 Melrose Ave to be precise with little or no information.

Using the back of a truck that had an attached flatbed which was used as a stage, Kendrick Lamar performed songs off his new album 'To Pimp A Butterfly', and his last album 'good kid, m.A.A.d. city'.
