Author announces 4 international magic schools including Uagadou, Africa
J.K Rowling announced last week 4 international magic schools for potterheads and Harry Potter lovers.
In a series of posts on the Pottermore website, "Harry Potter" author revealed that "there are eleven long-established and prestigious wizarding schools worldwide, all of which are registered with the International Confederation of Wizards."
The 50-year-old author and screenwriter of "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" introduced the wizadry schools as Ilvermorny, Uagadou, Mahoutokoro and Castelobruxo.
Aspiring wizards in Africa are expected to take lessons at Uagadou, a school somewhere in Uganda, located in "a stunning edifice carved out of the mountainside and shrouded in mist, so that it sometimes appears simply to float in mid-air."
But this doesn't sit down well with most people, who felt insulted by Africa's description as a country.
Let's hope other locations would be announced soon.
