The rapper revealed this during an exclusive chat at Vibes FM Benin, just before his performance at the 6 leg of ‘The Trek 2015’, which held on August 15 2015 at Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, Benin City.

“For now, I got an album on my agenda. The album titled ‘Return of the gods’ will drop in September. That’s going to be taking up a greater part of my time, and right now, it's what I’m focused on.” Jesse Jagz said.

The Hip-hop star then went on to deliver one of his finest performances on the night.

The new name for the September album is an interesting change. Jesse Jagz had early in the year announced his intention to call his next album ‘Odyssey’. Another album, which will be released for free titled ‘Gunspiracy Theory’, is also planned for release.

Jesse Jagz plans to release six albums in three years. The Chocolate City rapper has set himself a target to unveil half a dozen albums between 2015 and 2017. Jesse Jagz made the disclosure to Pulse in an interview stating his intentions.

“At the end of my current 3 year contract with Chocolate City, I will have released 6 albums, two every year". Jagz said.

The 2015 albums are 80 percent done and plans are on with the new management of Chocolate City on the projects.

‘Return Of The gods’ is more likely to conform to the registered formats of pop and Hip-hop albums, while ‘Gunspiracy Theory’ will have Jesse bring out his inner creativity, pushing the borders of Nigerian sounds.
