Excellent Dessers 'unfortunate' not to score yet - Mancini
Italian journalist Jerry Mancini has commended Super Eagles striker Cyriel Dessers for his efforts so far for Italian Serie A side Cremonese.
The Nigerian international is still looking for his first goal for his new side, despite featuring in four matches already for the Giogiorossi.
Dessers completed a permanent transfer this summer to the newly-promoted side after goal-laden spells with Feyenoord and KRC Genk.

Cremonese's latest league fixture against Inter Milan ended in a 3-1 defeat with Dessers tallying two (2) shots on target but unable to convert either.
However, Mancini has commended the 27-year-old's effort, stating that the former Feyenoord striker deserved a goal against Inter Milan for his performance on Tuesday night.
Mancini took to his personal Twitter page to say: "Cyriel Dessers is a baller. He deserved a goal tonight vs Roma. Three quality chances he had yet unfortunate to find the back of the net
"Played with confidence, excellent movement and not scared to put his body on the line. This guy has good dribbling as well. Promising player."
Dessers comes into the Cremonese side on the back of top-scoring in the inaugural UEFA Europa Conference League edition, bagging 10 goals in 13 matches as he led Feyenoord to the final of the 2021/22 competition.
The Nigerian international will be hoping to help Cremonese stop a run of four consecutive losses in Serie A when they host Sassuolo at the Stadio Giovanni Zini on Sunday, September 4.
