Imoleayo said, “If you are not an intellectual listener, you might get bored if you are at a jazz concert…”. Balogun was of the opinion that the influence of Jazz music in Nigeria is not as strong as the likes of the Hip hop and pop genre.

They tell of how long they have been playing jazz and how they got into it.

Phebean says she is not really about the “concentrated jazz” as she puts it but likes the fact that you can improvise on it and thrill people, and that’s jazz to her. She explains she picked interest in it out of looking for a new skill. She also speaks about how it feels playing a male dominated instrument.

They also talk the inspiration behind their sound, how they write.
