Rapper held secret meeting with top acts over streaming service Aspiro

Hip-Hop mogul Jay Z held a low key secret meeting with top artistes such as Kanye West, Beyonce, Nicki Minaj, Madonna, and Daft Punk in Los Angeles in February over his newly acquired streaming service Aspiro.

The meeting was also attended by members of the Roc Nation staff, as well as lawyers and music executives. The people present at the meeting spoke about the details of the relaunch of Aspiro as TIDALHiFi in America.

Jay Z's streaming service aims at giving artistes a large percentage of the streaming royalties unlike other streaming sites.

Aspiro currently has over 500, 000 subscribers. .

Jay Z bought Aspiro for $56 million.
