See these photographer's intimate pictures of parents-to-be

Photographer Jana Romanova has launched a photo series called , a bunch of intimate pictures of sleeping parents-to-be.

The photos were taken within the space of five years in Russia. Consisting of early parents, the intimate photos were taken from the top of a ladder early in the morning.

The photo series consists of 40 images which covers the 40 weeks of pregnancy.

“I thought that if I tried to photograph expectant people sleeping, I would understand something new about their relationships, but in the end I was just fascinated by the trust of people who let me stay at their apartment and allowed me to photograph them in such an intimate moment" said Jana Romanova.
