Online movie platform to join Netflix Africa

According to reports, Jason Njoku’s, iROKO TV is to now support the launch of Netflix’s dedicated African section!

The deal came up after months of negotiation between the representatives of Iroko .

Speaking on the move, Njoku said, 'Obviously with 57m subscribers globally, working with Netflix is a great first step to widening or at least improving the visibility of Nollywood. Which again is super important to us at iROKO.'

Speaking further, he said,  ‘For me, it’s important to speak to all participants of Internet TV or PayTV in the markets I care about’.
