According to the Allegheny County Police Department, the little girl was unable to wake them up at their residence in McKeesport, Pennsylvania.

A school bus monitor who got the information from the girl told the McKeesport Area School District officials who then asked the police to run a welfare check at their home.

ABC News reported that the police got to the house around 5 PM on the day and found her parents dead with traces of paraphernalia and drug use in the home.

The parents were identified as Christopher Dilly,26, and Jessica Lally,25, who have four children in total.

Three of the children were at home with the deceased when the police officers made a call at their residence.
