NPA says 32 ships laden with petroleum products, other commodities will arrive

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the document noted that three ships had arrived the ports, waiting to berth with petrol and bulk gas.

30 ships laden with petroleum products, food items and other goods are expected to arrive Apapa and Tin-Can Island ports in Lagos, the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), said on Thursday.

NPA explained that the expected ships contained buck wheat, bulk sugar, general cargoes, containers, bulk charcoal, diesel, base oil, bulk salt, steel product, bulk gypsum, frozen fish and petrol.

NAN reports that 18 ships are at the ports discharging general cargoes, buck wheat, fertiliser, bulk charcoal, buck rice, containers, Low Pour Fuel Oil (LPFO) and petrol.
