The command’s Public Relations Officer, DSP Magaji Majiya confirmed the incident while speaking with newsmen in Kano on Tuesday.

He said the abducted boy, identified as Musa Salisu, was a primary six pupil.

“The boy was sent on an errand within the neighbourhood around 2.pm when the hoodlums abducted him,” he said.

He said that two suspects had already been arrested in connection with the incident.

“The two suspects are now in police custody and as soon as investigation Is completed, they will be charged to court., Majiya said
